Vegetables & Seeds

Vegetables are what we know best! Since our establishment in 1936, we have selected over the years, the best varieties of vegetables to grow for your starter plants. Tomatoes, peppers, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, strawberries, okra, cucumbers, squash, zucchini, egg plant, cantaloupe, watermelons, and more. Tomatoes and peppers are our favorite to grow, and they are available for purchase in many sizes, and more varieties than we can count. Everything from the most popular hybrid varieties, to the more unique and hard-to-find heirlooms.

Our NEW larger retail seed collection is the finest around! We now carry Renee’s Garden and Cornicopia seed. Both seeds are non-treated, non-genetically modified, and most are heirloom varieties. Heirloom means you can harvest the seeds, and replant them next year (or this year if they have a short harvest time)! Hybrids usually contain no seeds, or seeds they do contain are sterile and will not re-produce. Renee’s Garden also boasts a growing line of USDA Certified Organic seeds that we proudly keep in stock and are constantly adding new varieties! We order seed weekly, so if we don’t have what you are looking for, just let us know so we can order it for you.

Whether you are a beginner and don’t have a clue where to start, or you are an advanced gardener looking to change things up a bit and try something new, our¬†knowledgeable¬†staff can help you work towards food-sustainability by helping you build your perfect vegetable garden.
